Knowing about anxiety attack symptoms can reduce some fear of insanity. Having this information won’t necessarily reduce the severity of the episode but at least you will know you aren’t going insane. A circle can be set-up where you fear having episodes and experience them. Sometimes they happen without warning. Awareness has the ability to make the time between attacks longer. Here are some basic signs of panic attacks. Knowing beforehand is a good thing.

Your breathing can be affected in adverse ways. You may feel a heaviness in your chest so you can’t get a full breath. Having this happen can lead to the anxiety getting out of control. This, obviously, can make matters more difficult. When this begins, take full slow breaths and try to control your breathing. Counting your breaths can help a little as it gets you to focus.

With some folks there is this disconnected mental state regarding the immediate vicinity. Someone with this symptom knows people are around them but is unable to process details, or respond to conversation. This can, sometimes, be attributed to the breathing problems making one light-headed. This symptom can lead to fear for one’s sanity.

One of the most reported symptoms is an increased heart rate. A lot of the time this is the first warning sign that you are about to have an anxiety attack. Your heart just seems to race out of control. You can even feel it beating heavily and the awareness of this can be frightening. The heart feels as if it can’t keep up, creating the fear of heart failure. All the fear compounds the panic and the sense that you are about to lose it.

Everyone has slightly different experiences with anxiety. I became incredibly restless, my pulse shot through the roof and I felt like I was doomed, it wasn’t fun. I had to move because I felt I would explode if I just sat there, so I would walk for half an hour or so to calm down. My attacks were set off by an incredible level of stress. Stress and fear are the 2 biggest triggers for panic to set in. But ease your fear a bit, at least you aren’t going insane. I spent a lot of time going over different programs and I will share what I found to help relieve some of your fears.

I researched over a dozen programs and feel I have picked the best 2 out there to tell you about. These 2 would be tied for first in my book and the most popular program Panic Away would be tied in second. Either of these programs are better because of the help they provide. The first is better if you are the kind of person that may need more support. You can check that out by Clicking Here! The other system is a little harder hitting, and I feel quicker, it would be more suited to someone that wants straight to the core type answers and is a bit more self-directed. You will have all the tools you need, support and a no-frills approach to getting past this difficult problem. To access that system Click Here!
